I like to say that I’m a startup founder first, and a lawyer second. My background as a serial entrepreneur, consultant, and recognized podcaster in the autonomous vehicle space has shaped my unique approach to the legal practice.
I'm a California-based attorney with a specialization in generative AI including copyright issues, transactions, SaaS agreements, privacy and ethics, and tech startup matters generally, including corporate formation. I also have unique expertise with Reg CF crowdfunding and autonomous vehicle-related legal issues. You can learn more here.
I hosted the top-ranked 199-episode podcast "Autonomous Cars with Marc Hoag,” presented several MCLE lectures on AI and copyright law, and lectured at Columbia University's Executive LLM Program. I also serve on the advisory board for remote vehicle driving startup Qibus. You can view certain of these videos here.
Committed to providing innovative legal solutions, I offer hands-on, personal, and responsive support to my clients. All of my clients have my personal cell phone number, and I answer calls, texts, and emails day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed.
You’ve entrusted me with your success, and with my contagious enthusiasm, we’ll embrace your challenges together.
