I'm a California-based attorney with a specialization in AI and law, including generative AI, copyright, and technology startups. My background as a serial entrepreneur and consultant has shaped my unique approach to the legal practice.

I also offer expertise in supporting landlords with unlawful detainer (eviction) claims, including issues of nonpayment, lease breaches, and squatting. In California's tenant-friendly landscape, an experienced pro-landlord attorney is vital.

Additionally, I successfully represent clients in "Lemon Law" claims, advocating for those with defective vehicles to secure rightful compensation, including buy-backs for new and certain used vehicles.

I hosted the top-ranked 199-episode podcast "Autonomous Cars with Marc Hoag,” presented several MCLE lectures on AI and copyright law, and lectured at Columbia University's Executive LLM Program. I also serve on the advisory board for remote vehicle driving startup Qibus.

Committed to providing innovative legal solutions, I offer hands-on, personal, and responsive support to my clients. All of my clients have my personal cell phone number, and I answer calls, texts, and emails day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You’ve entrusted me with your success, and with my contagious enthusiasm, we’ll embrace your challenges together.
