AI Privacy Guide now live
The AI Privacy Guide is a new resource by Marc Hoag AI Law designed to give you a quick, at-a-glance view of various AI products’ privacy policies as based on companies’ official Terms of Service and/or Privacy policies.
The AI Privacy Guide allows you to expand details for different AI products including a summary; whether your data is used for training purposes; who owns the output; how long your data is stored; an overview of company security measures; your rights and control; and any special considerations to keep in mind.
Beside each product’s name is a set of three icons:
1st icon: Suitable for Sensitive Data: ✅ Yes | ⚠️ Limited | 🛑 No
2nd icon: Your Data Used for Training: ✅ No | ⚠️ Limited | 🛑 Yes (opt-out may be available)
3rd icon: Output Ownership: ✅ User | ⚠️ Conditional | 🛑 Company
